hi, trying to add a media grid to this post, and i see it in the visual editor fine.. with 3 images.. but when I save the page and publish it, the media grid is not showing up. (FYI there are 3 images on the page currently, which i’ve added using single image blocks).  Thanks!

hi Kyle, yes those images. I have those three images set as single image (which you are seeing) but I also have those three images added to a visual editor component of a row with the media grid – those are not showing up.

I also have a media grid on this page with 10 images that are not showing up either (the images that you do see on this link are also in a single image component)

    Hi

Are you referring to the normal wordpress editor or visual composer? Please provide me with a login so I can look into this

You can only use either visual composer or the page builder, are you trying to use both?

hi Kyle, apparently I am trying to use both 😉 I was using page builder for hiding the author, removing breadcrumbs and changing the color of the page title bar, and visual composer to add images. if i can only use one and not both on the same page, is there a way to hide author on all pages/posts from maybe somewhere else in the theme options? (i’ve had the theme only one day so am just becoming familiar with it). i can live without a red title box but would def like to hide the author stuff on every page. Thx.

Can you test with the default theme enabled to see if it works with another theme?

Go to Appearance > Themes and enable one of the default WordPress Themes

You’ll need to ask your hosts to upgrade your php version on your hosting package

As the media grid does not work with another theme, then it’s nothing to do with our theme, and we only support theme specific issues. I hope you understand
