    while I was sailing on the site with my client, the slider stopped charging, already updated all and deactivated all plugins and own template, nothing worked and I’m using you.

    I’m waiting for a solution soon as you always have.

    Hi,

    It seems you have an error in your javascript console, so it’s possible that the problem is not on Master slider.

    Tried to login in WordPress admin with your credentials but didn’t made it.
    Can you check the WordPress credentials so we can login in the admin.

    This was difficult to find. Inside one of your galleries you had 2 broken images(just blank squares) that were causing problems in the load of the page.

    Please check it again.

    Can you provide more details on the issue, site url, probably we will need admin credentials.

    ready, the case was settled, thank you.

    Taking advantage of the support, in this same page has a blank space below the banner. I was unable to remove it. It will be a mistake or would some setting?
