    Hi

    I wanted to use master slider but I simply get a black overlay whenever I try to create a new slider ( see attachment )

    I have everything up to date and no adblock for instance active. I’ve checked in chrome and safari and is all the same.

    It seems this is and identified issue with WordPress 4.1. They already released a new version to fix this. Will forward to the topic so it can be updated the link for the Master Slider latest version.

    Hi,

    The fixed version of Master Slider is already published in their Themeforest product page. We have to get that version and upload it to our support site so our customers can download it.

    We can do both. Update the link for the download here in the sticky topic and also post here in this topic.

    We just have to wait for my colleague that has access to do that, we are in Holiday season hope you understand.

    I have te same problem with Cardinal. Have the last version of Master slider at this moment: Master Slider (v2.9.7) all ready installed, but the problem is still there

    By the way allready disabled all plugins except master slider and the problem is still there

    Try to clear your browser cache.

    If it doenst work please provide your site url and admin credentials through private reply.
