Masonry view not working

I recently updated to WordPress 4.6, Dante 3.0, and various plugins and have encountered several problems with the site:

1) The Full Width Masonry Effect no longer works (nothing appears!). I use this on the home page (top menu/featured essays) and also at http://grassie.net/essays/all-the-rest/. I can set it to Blog Mini, but this isn’t what I want.

2) The size of the parallax windows on the homepage are now not as tall as I would like. I read up on this, but not sure about changing CSS codes, especially as there is already a CSS class listed on the parallax options window.

3) The short code for full window video no longer works. There are three of these links on the homepage embedded in parallax sections. I’ve tried to re-enter these, but still not work.

4) Finally, Google Analytics is showing /www1.free-share-buttons.top as my top pageview content. No idea what this is or why it is appearing.

Change only the font for the blog? It uses the font set in Theme Options > Font Options
