    Hi

I have searched for help on this but can not find a solution.

My blog is showing 3 columns in Masonry view however I have set it to 4 with no sidebars.

It will change to 2 columns or 3 but not the 4 I want.

Is there some setting I have missed?

    Regards

    Paul

    Hi,

Can you provide admin access to check your settings?

    Hi,

I deactivated all plugins except SwiftFramework and it works fine.

Disable all plugins and activate each at several to figure out what plugin is causing it.

    Hi,

Apologize for any inconvenience, I did check the settings and they were fine and tried to go a little deeper checking for any plugin. Should had ask you to do it, but since I was already there in the admin I went forward with it.

No plugin should delete anything when it’s deactivated if it does it then that can be a problem.

Can you try to check again if the QR codes are there?

    Hi Rui

Just to update on our issues.

the fix for the products and demo QR Codes was to flushed the permalinks.

But for your info or anyone else with a similar problem the Blog issue was due to a plugin using an older version of isotope.js this caused a conflict but is now sorted.

So all in all good job.

Ok now it makes sense, was a bit strange that the information was deleted.
Thanks for the heads on the isotope.

    -Rui
