    Please find this image custom-login-logo.png through FTP software at /wp-content/themes/neighborhood/images/

    Hi,

    It’s using ftp. Create a desire image with the name custom-login-logo.png and replace it inside the directory of the link I provided above.

    You will need to replace the image with your own, so go to neighborhood/images and change the custom-login-logo.png to your own image

    Where is FTP software?

    Where can I found the directory /wp-content/themes/neighborhood/images/ ?

    Is in the same menu of attached image?
