I opened this thread about a month ago and was asked to reopen it as other people are having the exact same problem as I am. The SEO within the site is just not working correctly even when using Yoast’s plugin which I have used across a number of sites. When analyzing the SEO from a page it is pulling menu content and footer content and that’s it. No body copy is being pulled and since that can’t be compared against the meta information that is being input it results in crap SEO. This is just using the basic wordpress editor not the site builder that you guys have built in. This happens on regular pages as well as product pages with unique descriptions and key phrases. I’ve been fighting this for a month now and need an answer as the site is basically dead in the water without any organic searches.

There was also another person with the exact same problem in my other thread I’m not sure his name though.

    Hi @camaross2005,

I’m very interested in seeing what’s wrong here, as we don’t do anything against the grain in terms of the WordPress functions we use.

Can you provide some more details for me, such as a link/login to your site so that I can see this first hand, or how to replicate it?

We have lots of users who use Yoast, so I can’t imagine that it’s a theme issue here.

Yeah no problem and I appreciate the response Ed. The problem is with any search engine just not picking up body copy. Anyway how can I send you some login information.

So you’re not seeing anything wrong in Yoast? This could be any number of issues unrelated to the theme.

If you add a private reply the login will only be visible to support staff.

    Thanks,

Any progress made on this or at least able to point me in the right direction I’m really behind on a timeline of getting this done. Thanks.

    Hi @camaross2005

Really sorry about the delay, not sure how this was missed. I actually think I wrote a reply to this, but it must not have posted. Will look into your site today and get back to you shortly.

    Hi @camaross2005,

Been looking at your site for a while now, and can’t see anything wrong at all. The social networks are picking up the site correctly, your meta tags look good too.

Is the crawl information on Google up to date? We’ve had no other users with this issue, so I’m almost certain that this wouldn’t be a theme issue.

When I search for products, it shows as expected? https://www.dropbox.com/s/wwcomhdmfz9h0a2/Screenshot%202014-02-21%2019.37.29.png
