Main Shop Page Issues

There are a few things that I am having trouble with on the main shop page.

1. I cannot remove the page title. I have tried to take it off with the page options, but it is still there.

2. I cannot remove the bread crumbs. They are still there even after I select remove breadcrumbs.

3. There is a weird message that says “Showing the single product” on the main shop page. I don’t know how to take that message off and why it is there.

1 It seems you managed to remove the page title? Or are you referring to another page than http://floresdesignstudio.com/test/projectx?

2 same as above

for 1 and 2, if you were referring to http://floresdesignstudio.com/test/projectx/location/ – this page had the title activated and the breadcrumbs as well, I changed that for you.

3 that’s because you only had one product. I changed it to 2 and it now says Showing all 2 products – so once you add more products this will adapt accordingly

How do I customize this page? I have it set-up to remove the breadcrumbs and to not have the page title show. But, it doesn’t seem to be working. I also have it set-up to include the revolution slider, but it doesn’t show up.

For #3. I don’t want that message there at all. How can I remove it?

Hi, that’s the page you set as your shop page in the woocommerce settings, so the template gets overwritten and will not play by the rules of the meta options anymore.

But you can use this custom css:

.post-type-archive .heading-text, .post-type-archive #breadcrumbs {
display: none;
}

Thanks Melanie. It worked to get rid of the Page title & breadcrumbs, but there is still a grey shading there underneath the navigation. How can I make it white?

  display: none;
}
