Main menu issue due to publication of my category description

I’m discovering WP and Cardinal and face an issue with my main menu as the description of my categories appears in my menu which has broken the main menu entirely. These descriptions have been written for SEO reason but I dont want them in the main navigation. I tried to delete theses descriptions but they remain in the main menu see attachment.

Hi,

is there anywhere in the Cardinal documentation a synthesis of all the elements with a description. Its very difficult the purpose of each element just with a name. It will be also useful to know if there are any limit ion or constraints to be taken into consideration when using one specific element (i.e. : must be place in a row.

Seconde question, where can i find all the templates/models of the theme cardinal? are all the built elements available in the demo available with all the defined set up? I just want to make it easy and quick to step up my website
