There is a big gab between menu and sub menu hoe to fix that check the example in attach file

Hi,
Please go to Admin -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS => Here put given below code and update options.
div.menu-main-navigation-container div.sub-container{top:40px !important}
Hopefully that should work and let me know your feedback.
