Hi,

I’ve been lost everything my previous works when I clicked to update the newest version on dashboard.

The setting has nothing as a new..

I lost my custom css, customized layout of website, widget content, tax rates,,everything..

I don’t even remember how I did.

So, I decided to upload this theme.zip file to restore all of my previous theme as well, there’s no change.

I really don’t get this problem, and I’m in so panic because my business should be opened till few weeks.

Can anyone help this out? so I can restore my efforts?

Hi, you can ask your hosting company to restore your server and database to a date before you updated. Good hosting companies usually back up their clients’ database and server regularly.
