    Hi Support team,

I have a big problem with the logo. Firstly, I’d like it become bigger as it is too small in header. Secondly, it shows different size in different browsers. The logo size is too small in Safari browser, while it is too large to overlap the home page slider in Opera and Firefox browsers. I am happy with the large size but I do not want it overlap the slider.

The question is how to keep the logo in same size in different browser. Also, how to keep the logo width is same size as the op Bar left text width but do not overlap the slider.

    Thank you.

    Cheers,
    Christal

    Hi,

Can you provide us an mockup image of how you would like it to look like so we can check what is possible to do?
    Thanks

    Hi Rui,

Please view the attached mockup. I’d like the logo’s width slightly smaller than the top Bar left text width but there is some gap between the logo and the home page slider. Also, when I roll the page down, the logo should not overlap the home page slider. Please advise how to make it work. Thanks.

    Hi,

You should create a retina logo that will be the double size of the original one.
can you also provide admin access to check your logo settings?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I change the height parameter of the logo to match the 75px. You didn’t upload yet the retina version, don’t forget that.

I couldn see the front end of the site because it seems that your server is running out of memory, at the moment you have 40M.

You need to adjust/add you WordPress memory settings inside the wp-config.php file

Change your WordPress memory to 128M or a maximum 256M.

Also check the official documentation from WordPress in the link below.

    Hi Rui,

I uploaded the retina logo with the standard logo at the same time. Did I make a mistake? Could you please have a look the attachment. If it is not right, please advise where should I upload. I can view my site on Opearl and Firefox browser but not the Safari browser since last night. And the logo still overlap the home page content when I roll the page down. How to set up the setting to keep the header maintain the same height when I roll down the page?

    Hi there,

Are you using Safari on a retina display? Checked Safari here on non-retina and works exactly the same for me.
