I’ll be honest – the more I work with your template, the worse I find it. I’m trying to duplicate pages that I previously created in X Theme as Uplift offers a better commerce solution, but I find the page builder and a number of features quite glitchy. I’ve read and you prefer to get a separate ticket for each problem – In my case this will be a crazy amount of tickets; There’s so many issues!!
1) LOGO – Why do you offer a logo height option that doesn’t adjust the width? This means every time I change the logo height, it just stretches the image without changing the width. Slightly crazy. I should be able to enter a height OR width and the system re-adjust the image accordingly on BOTH X & Y axis.
2) LOGO POSITIONING – Another issue and I haven’t even got past adding the logo. Why is the logo being displayed way below the header??
3) COLOURS RESETTING – Even though I change the colours in the customiser, when I review the page, it’s like nothing has happened.
4) DIVIDER TEXT: I’m currently having to use Box Content for almost everything, as trying to change any of your element features isn’t easy. So where previously I could create a header with an accent (line) both side of the headline to be a certain width/colour, whilst also changing the colour/size of the text itself.
5) BUTTON – Changing a button has never been harder. I’ve tried to add however the text is white, or the border doesn’t show, or I can’t change the colour of the button border.
6) VISUAL COMPOSER – Sure I understand you want to make your own mark on the drag and drop, but MY GOD have you made it more difficult. The SPB is glitchy, often freezing and losing the updates. When it works, it offers limited elements which themselves have extremely limited options. When I’ve tried to add VC Ultimate Addons to help ease the pain.. Guess what.. It doesn’t work. In fact, it just crashes everything on the front end causing all sorts of layout concerns.
