    How could I get the live chat in contact page work? Do I have to install live chat plugin or additional software? Can I get the live chat connect to my Skype account? If yes, how to do it?

    I’m afraid this is not something built into the theme, you will need to find a plugin if you want this functionality

    Hi Kyle,

    I am using Zopim. It gives me a embed widget code which should be put into my website’s HTML source code before the closing <head> tag, however, I have no way to find my HTML source code in appearance. Please advise where can I find it.

    Go to Theme Options > General and put it inside the ‘Google Analytics’ box
