    Can you please help. I have put my LinkedIn profile / url in the social media. Not directing to LinkedIn, an you please advise.

    Make sure you have http:// at the start of your linkedin link in the theme options

    You would need to get some sort of Google+ plugin that provides a shortcode then add to the topbar

    That’s not a google+ share button, that’s the link to your google+ profile. Set this up in Theme Options > Social Options and then use the social shortcode for the output
