Lightbox opens below all content (below footer)

Hello,

I have a strange behavior of the lightbox. Checked my custom CSS – it’s not the problem.

Go to “Produkte” in Nav, then in the first column to “BSH Projektmodul”.
On this page, after the parallax element, there are lightbox images.

If the image is clicked, the lightbox opens on the bottom of the page. Can you help me to fix this problem, please?

It’s a too high risk to update the theme in the current state of my project as i have made many adjustments. Can you tell me specifically what to do to fix the lightbox?

I’m not sure exactly it’s complicated to know every specific fix, but you should keep your changes in a child theme to avoid these situations.

Will forward to the development team to see what can be done.

Thank you! I am in fact using the child theme but you never know if or which things break.

Can you push the problem? I need a fix for tomorrow because we want to present the current state of the project to our client. Thank you very much.

Looks to be a conflict with Ninja Contact Forms – try disabling that plugin?

Thank you for your answer. It really looks like Ninja Contact forms is the problem. I can’t see whats the problem, because I don’t know how it is affecting the lightbox. Can you point out the conflict?

Their CSS is overriding the lightbox css, because their css is so generic.

Try adding this custom css:

.ilightbox-holder {
position: fixed!important;
}
