    Hi, I just can’t get lightbox to work. All I get is a grey overlay with an X in the top-right corner of screen but no photo.

    I am using the page builder Single Image element and have selected Yes to Enable Lighbox Link. What am I missing?

    You only need to wait until the site is fully loaded, before that the lightbox won’t work. So if it takes 10 seconds to fully load, you’d need to wait 10 seconds. Cheers
