Licence and support

Hi,
Our support package is coming to end and we are thinking about renewing it. What offers and how long support packages do you have? Also, we don’t need to buy a Dante theme licence again right? This is lifetime licence correct?

Hi,

No problem with the theme license, but to keep having support you need to renew the support subscription from your Themeforest Dashboard.

I understand. We want to renew the licence but we have some questions.
Please see both attachments.
We received email from Envato about support offer $10,63.
I clicked for the link, logged in and price is completely different – now shows $29,38.
After I proceed there was an additional charge $2 (handling fee) and 6,28 VAT – together $37,66.
Handling fee and VAT is understandable but 29,38 is quite a big difference comparing to 10,63 don’t you think?
Do you know why that happen?

This is not something we can control, Envato set’s the pricing so you would need to open a ticket with them.
