    I was wondering how to make the same in my site like yours.

    I put the contact form code for the mean while, but that would not mean that they leave a comment about the specific product they are viewing at the moment.

    I’d like the users to have the same window when they click Write a review and when they click Leave Feedback, is that possible?

    You’ll want to add a contact form 7 shortcode to the box provided in Theme Options > WooCommerce Options. That will show a form there.
