    Hi, so I am having a problem with the Layered Nav widget… I only have it on my categories/main shop page and it works for only some of my attributes… It is very weird actually, it will show some and exclude others. Also, the number next to them is incorrect.. Please see these two screenshots.. the first one is how it looks in the actual store: http://gyazo.com/05f9f8c81405856e64a76d083c991354

    So for some reason, “TemporalCortex” is not showing up ever… I tried putting him in another product that works, but it just doesn’t show that artist. Can you please help me! Thanks!

    This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.

    Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.

    If you want to send a private reply that only you and the admins can see it, please scroll down and enable the checkbox to do so.
    Also, we might need to check the backend of your website, so to speed things up, could you let me know your login details please?
