Latence to reach my website

Hi i have a serious problem : the latency of my website. I did a check with GTmetrix.com
Here is a printscreen of the problem, but i don’t know how to read and resolve it. https://db.tt/EabLylwJ

I have a plugin WP Rocket which normally help about reducing the latency to reach a page, but it’s not enough.

I also notice a big latency. Saw that your Cardinal theme is not updated to the last version.
Can you update it?

Also can you check your server logs for any error.

I take this opportunity to ask something else. Since i installed the latest version of Cardinal, i see in every portfolios the title at the beginning. Normally, before i unchecked the case “Show the page title at the top of the page” in the meta options, but now i don’t know what to do to hide this title. I see it even on the general section with all the portfolios.

Do you know where i have to go to change this ? thanks

Hi,

It seems be related to cache mechanism in WPRocket.
I checked and unchecked the page title in http://www.creativesince89.com/?portfolio=font-lafranchi-2

and now the title doesn’t appear.

Yes, i see that when i am logged, the page title is always visible
