Hi!
I’ve added the posts_carousel shortcode to my home layout but when I’m on the mobile I can’t “click”/tap on the posts in order to go to the post detail page.

If you tap on the post’s featured image, it does nothing.

The results of my tests and debug lead me to a conflict in the Swipe of the carousel and the touch events on Android.
Can you try the following solution.
Add the css code below to you theme custom css options or in the child theme.@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px){ .carousel-wrap a.prev, .carousel-wrap a.next, .flex-direction-nav { display: block!important; } }And also in the functions.js file replace the following line(line 1950):
onTouch : true,by this one:
onTouch : false,Let me know if it works.
p.s- Thanks for the emulation tip, I used it sometimes. The problem with that emulator is that most of the times it doesn’t behave the same way. Although in this particular situation the behavior is the same in the emulator.

Now it’s working but, as you can imagine, it doesn’t slide to the next post with the touch event.
Is it possible to have the two functions? (slide + click)
BTW: Did you think about compressing the functions.js and other JavaScript files with a JS minifier?

Will have to check with Ed a permanent solution/fix for this.The compressing saves some loading time, try it.

I just updated to the 2.67 version and changed again the boolean. It’s working again but with the same tradeoff.
In the meanwhile, is there any way to avoid the swipe tooltip that appears over the carrusel when the page finishes the loading process?

I’ve tried to apply the same fix changing the boolean to false on the line 1953 of the functions.js file and, after flushing the Better WordPress Minify v1.3.3 cache, it’s still not working properly.
Am I doing something wrong?
