Please let us know where to change the language on header. Because we do not see our language on it
we have read that post:

Yes I did.
Just you do not read carefully anyway.
We want to add our language because Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkey are missing ?
Where is the folder to do that ?

You would need to create your translations for that. Are you using WPML for the language switcher? Then you would need to read their documentation if you want to find out how to use it.
