Just purchased support, but may want new theme

I just purchased an additional 6 months support for my current them, but am thinking of buying a new theme as well (I have Dante and Atelier, may want Nota). I know with new themes we get 6 months of support. Will the support I just purchased extend me to 12 months?

Hi,

The support license is only valid for a specific theme, those 6 months when you purchase Nota are only for Nota.
Unfortunately in Themeforest there is no other way to do it.

Is there a way to transfer it?

Also, sidebar. I never seem to get follow up reply notifications anymore. Could they be getting hijacked server side? They don’t show up in junk either.

1) This is handled by ThemeForest, you may be able to open a ticket with them to transfer it – their response time is often weeks though.

2) Are you certainly subscribed to threads?

Yes, I always make sure the box is clicked. And double checked right now. Could I have some setting in my profile causing it?
