    Hello!
I created a FAQ section (see QUESTIONS section if you follow the URL I provided). I’m trying to link each question to the answer with a jump page anchor, but it does not seem to work.

I have used this tutorial: https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/content/pages/page-jumps/

    It always jump too low.

    Thanks so much 🙂

    Hi,

In the target page divide the content in rows, and provide a specific Id for the row.

Use dessin1 in the first row.

    Still not working.

I create an row, with the answer to the first question. I then create a link for the first question to #dessin1. It sill goes too far below (it links to the gallery). Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Not sure if you are placing the wildcard in the ID. The wildcard shouldn’t be placed in the ID field.

You should have dessin1 instead of #dessin1

This is what I have (dessin1 in the ID). Still not working. Goes way too far.

    Hi,

You have an error in the javascript console.
Need to check this with the development team.

Mmm, does not work. Goes too far again.

It created another bug that was fixed yesterday with the main menu. Now when I click on the main menu, it goes to the right place, and one second later, it goes down too far. It does not stay at the right place.

    Hi,

That seems to be caused by Easy Smooth Scroll Links plugin.
Try to deactivate that plugin and you will see what I mean.
