    Hi,

Great theme and support but I do keep having a sporadic display issue that appears on our site. I’ve attached a screenshot (20.11.47) of what we’re seeing when we load some pages of the site. It doesn’t happen every time you go on the site and it doesn’t seem to happen on any specific pages, but it normally occurs at a rate of around every other visit. There’s literally no ‘rhyme or reason’ as to when it’ll occur or which page it’ll happen on. Once on the error screen if I then click on any link the following screen seems to render fine but, obviously, some customers are reluctant to stick around once the display error appears!

I’ve experienced the display error in Safari, Chrome and Firefox so it doesn’t seem to be a browser-specific issue either. When I look at the ‘Page Source’ data it gives me JQuery errors (screenshot 20.12.22) and quite a large number of console warnings (screenshot 20.12.36) so I wondered if this is something that the theme is generating or if it runs a bit deeper than that?!

    Many Thanks!

    Hi,

It looks like your server is blocking some assets from loading that are not using https.

The plugin BWP Minify also seems to be causing the JS issues, please check you are not minifying/combining the JS.

    Please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/

Have you added https to the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) parameters under General > Settings?

    Thanks,
    David.

    Thanks David!

I’ve amended the WordPress URL’s to ‘https’ and it seems to have solved it! If I get the same issue i’ll try your other suggestions – thanks!!

Great, let us know how that works out.

    Thanks.
