Hello,
Thank you for Joyn, it’s a wonderful template to work with.
The pages on my site feature edge to edge image galleries which are quite large. On mobile devices I can’t scroll through the images without touching them and hence activating the lightbox pop-up. Is there any way to disable this function for mobile devices?
Many thanks,
BobbyOctober 24, 2014 at 2:23 pm #122996Hi
Add this to your custom css:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { figure.animated-overlay { pointer-events: none; } }

Your support is excellent. I purchased an E-com Woo theme from another seller 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting on a solution to a major support query. I’m going to ditch it and buy one of yours. Probably Cardinal or Neoghbourhood – are they both up to date with the latest WooCommerce release?

Cardinal or Neighborhood will be a great choice. Neighborhood is our E-Commerce best seller but Cardinal is also a very versatile theme. Check our demos and make your choice.

http://cardinal.swiftideas.com/shop-demo/We are releasing this week the updates to Woocommerce 2.2.7 launched on 22 of October
Thanks.

Glad you purchased it.
Regarding the gateway you will need to check with their support because we don’t know how that gateway works. But it was saying in the error that the Merchant accoutn was not valid, not sure it they have specific users/accounts for testing purposes.
To enable the Swift Page builder in Products check the image below. You have to add the Products.

October 28, 2014 at 5:11 pm #123777Thank you Rui,
One other thing – my images on the product pages are perfect. But in ‘Related Products’ and indeed the Shop, they are showing blurred? Screen grab attached. Do you now why this would be?
Best,
