    How can we change the job banner to Alt6 instead of None?

    You need to change your default alt bg in Theme Options > Default Meta Options

    and how can we change it to style as Fancy as default?

    You can’t change it to fancy by default, this has to be done manually in the individual page so that you can upload your image.

    I checked. Its not possbile to change the style to Fancy under Job Listings.
