Hi,
Until yesterday everything was fine. Now, when an item is added to the basket, after a few seconds, it just disappears. I have had this reported from several customers and it happens on my Macbook but not on my PC.
I have seen a similar topic elsewhere online which suggested it was because the PHP Session save path was missing but I have checked and this is fine.
This is really bad for us as we have not been able to take any orders.
Hopefully you can help.
