    Hi,

    I am facing two issues.

    1) There is no description nor pictures of the product after i click on the product for single item page.

    2) The width and height of the images of the products are all of different size. It looks very messy. How do I set the images on the ‘shop’ page to the same size?

    Thanks!

    Hi

Have you set this up for your products?

You need to upload your images all the same size for a clean layout

Please can you deactivate ALL of your plugins and see if the issue remains?

    Hi Kyle,

I have deactivated all my plugins except for woocommerce and the issue still remains.

    Thanks

    1) Fixed that for you.

    2) You need to set your image size settings, as displayed here: http://support.swiftideas.net/knowledgebase/product-image-quality/

Enable the hard crop option to ensure same size, and you’ll need to make sure all images uploaded are larger than this size for the cropping to occur. Use the thumbnail regenerate plugin to correct the existing images.

    Hi Ed and Kyle,

    1) Thanks for fixing it.

    2) I have enabled hard crop and did the resizing as shown. However, the images are still of different sizes. Did I do it right?

    3) How do I remove the links below? As shown in the attached picture.

    4) The ‘posts’ are not showing.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Regarding your points.

2- Was suggested above to “Use the thumbnail regenerate plugin to correct the existing images.”

3- Can you provide us a link to that page?

    4- Can you explain further?

p.s – Guess you are changing the site, can’t see the logo and content in the homepage

    Hi,

Yes I changed the site. Cause everything is not working. And seems like cardinal page is conflicting with woo commerce plugin because of the recent updates?

    The error is as attached.
Please get back to me as soon, as the page needs to be up and running as soon.

Thank you very much for your help.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Can you update to Cardinal 1.72 that provides Woocommerce 2.2 compatibility?
It was released during this last night.
