My Atelier site is live and my client was contacted with this e-mail
‘ I was just trying to purchase some cards, and registered. The website proceeded to tell me that I had made an order on 12 July, even though I only registered tonight. I then viewed the order and discovered it was for a Miranda Thomas to the value of £99.00. I could see her name, mobile number, email and address. I am sure it is just a small glitch, but I thought you should know. No card details were on it, just method of payment paypal.’
Do you know how I can resolve this? How do I stop previous orders being visible to new customers?
