    Not seeing it anymore. It was inside wp-content/themes
    If it also doesn’t appear in Appearance-> Themes than it’s everything ok.

    Same issue, I think, our uafjournalism.com “Pinpoint” theme Extreme Alaska site crashed immediately following the 1.63 update. I’m contacting nour tech in the a.m. This a school publication, however, and we may not have time to work out SQL issues in time for students to complete final projects this semester. Can we please get a zipped version of 1.62 ASAP?

    @sasha5791
    In this one I had to remove the image and add it again.

    Will forward to Ed to see if there is an solution to fix all the images.

    @BrianOD

    Check your php version it should be Php 5.3+

    To send you the version 1.6.2 you will need that you create a new topic so I can reply you privately.

    You can provide here in a private reply your site url and admin credentials so we can try to get the 1.6.3 right in your server. Let us know how you prefer.

    Hi @sasha5791

    As far as I’m aware, nothing in the update would cause those images to load at a lower resolution – those are part of the content, not something the theme controls.

    Depends if you use a sidebar or not. I’d recommend at least 1200px wide.

    Ahh. I think I’ve seen your issue. When you add the image to the post, make sure you change this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dyxchf0ogd3eto9/Screenshot%202015-04-29%2019.58.05.png?dl=0

    Maximum upload size for an image should ideally be a few hundred Kb, definitely not Mb!

    Hi there,

    Those would not have been affected by the Pinpoint update. For Medium I’d recommend 800 x 800, and Large set to 1200 x 1200.
