Whenever I reorder existing tabs their order reverts back to the original order before making the changes.

When I add a new tab I am unable to move it to a new location (change the order the tabs are displayed). After clicking Update the tabs revert back to their original order.

If I delete an original tab the content from the deleted tab populates the new tab.
