    Hi,

I am hoping you can help? I am helping out a friend who also has your cardinal theme…

There have been issues with the website when degrading to IE9.

The mega menu bar and styling seem to have issues…leaving large amounts of spaces…

Is there anyway to improve the users experience when viewing using IE9?

    Thanks in advance….
    Roland

    Hi,

This does not look to be happening on our demo site.

This could be caused by your child theme or if you are using a caching plugin? – Can you post a WP login?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Can you disable the child theme and disable any caching plugins you are running?

Let me know when you have done this.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi Roland,

Can you get your host to setup a development version of this site, that way we can dig deeper without affecting the live main site.

    – David.

    Hi,

    1) I updated the parent theme, and the swift framework plugin.
    2) I de-activated the cache plugin WP Fastest Cache & the plugin Autoptimize.
    3) Testing on IE9 it now works as expected.

Please update all other plugins also, remember if using Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache, flush both of their cache’s to pull new changes into the page.

    Cheers,
    David.

    Hi,

This should be resolved by updating the Swift Framework plugin. Please delete the plugin and upload this updated version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/t7ifbbg0kbsuhod/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi,

I am testing on IE9, all looks great for me. Can you clear that browser cache?

    – David.
