    Hi,
    From today, when I am trying to edit an image to change it with the Swift page builder the pop-up window doesn’t show up, I just got a semi translucent black screen (see image attached). It doesn’t happened when editing a text block content.
    Lately, I purchased WPML to translate my website and I am working locally on my computer in order to get the website translated before publish it online. Maybe it’s a compatibility issue.
    I have the same plugins with the same versions on my website online and everything is working fine (http://www.fr-es.eu/fashion/). Only since I got WPML on my local computer I’m experiencing this issue.

    Wordpress 3.8.1
    Neighborhood 1.66
    Woocommerce 2.1.3
    WPML 3.1.4

    Do you have any idea what can be the cause the issue?

    HI,
    Please try to disable to WPML plugin and let me know your feedback . Please explain the steps to produce the error so i can know more .

    Thanks for your answer.
    Indeed, when I disabled WPML plugin it works again.
    I’ll try to be more precise about how it happens.
    I want to edit a website page in order to change its content. On the Swift page builder I have several elements, one text block and three images blocks (image 1). I’m able to edit the text block but not the images blocks. When I click on the pen icon to edit, instead of having the editing window I just have a black screen (image 2).
    Unfortunately, as I explained you previously, I’m working locally on my computer using MAMP, so I can’t give you my URL.

    Hi,
    Its very hard without check and you are working at your local . please open your local website with google chrome , edit element to produce error . Press F12 key , click on console tab and take a screenshot and attach it here . please check my attachment .

    I used the Inspect Element from Firefox, I guess it does the same as with google chrome.

    Sorry, I don’t really get what do you mean by checking error log. I don’t know so much about programming and computer stuff.

    It seems you didn’t get my attached file. It says this file type is not permitted for security reasons.
    I copy the content with TextEdit in another file, I don’t know if it ok for you.
