    Hummm it seems is including the taxes in the header price.
    Since it’s easy to replicate on your site, can you provide us ftp access so we can fix it?

    Hi Rui,

    I updated my theme to version 2.18, However I still have issue with the shopping cart icon on the header, it did not update the amount and quantity when customer adds items to shopping cart. Please see attached file

    A lot of my customers had called me and addressed this issue. Please help.

    Hi,
    It seems any plugin issue. Please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    I tried several things but it seems something is caching the files. Do you have any CDN or other hosting cache mechanism?

    Hi,

    Apologize for the delay.
    The Ftp access you gave I can only see a PDF file.

    Replace the file sf-header.php that is located in Neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/sf-content-display by the file below.

    After that clear the cache and try in different browsers, if necessary check the ftp credentials again so I can login.
