    Hi,

    We are having some problems with the revolution slider not updating slide settings / saving new slides.

    Not sure how best to update Revolution Slider – there used to be a page on the support forums where the latest versions of the bundled premium plugins could be downloaded but I cant seem to find it anymore ? Has it been removed?

    Hi,
    Please get the lastest theme version here Version 4.3.1 – http://d.pr/f/NUh4. Now go to Admin -> Revolution Slider -> Here you will see a button named Manual Update at right bottom of page.

    Hi,
    Because you have latest version of plugin 🙂 . Please deactivate all plugins except revolution slider to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    Still getting the same problem. Haven’t been able to find a conflict with another plugin….

    Sorry – should of explained..

    Changing global slide settings works fine

    however editing the individual slides – does not get updated.
    There is no update message and navigating away from page then back – shows all changes lost

    There is a javascript void message that shows when you mouse over the update slide button that i hadnt noticed before…

    Ah sorry missed it before – rev slider seems to be having some sort of conflict with our shop as customer plugin – guess this is something we need to take up with them (cx themes) or is it a rev slider problem?
