Issue With Quick View ! Pls help !

Hi

I have issue with quick view…

I done all the same settings as stated in below link:

Unfortunately my quick view is not same as in the atelier demo …why is that so?

Hi,

Your settings weren’t exactly like in our documentation. You had an option “after the title” and it was supposed to be “after the item”.

Regarding the format issues in the modal can you turn off all plugins except SwiftFramework, Woocommerce and Quickview so we can discard any plugin conflict.

Let us know the result.

Hi SwiftIdeas Support Guys,

I summarise the quick view issue as below for you to be more clear about quick view issue which im facing now..

1. There is no limit up to stock amount on numbers to add for purchase in quick view, but for single product page, there is limit for customers to buy up to the stock amount.
2. There is jumbled format on X button for quickview.

Can you disable all plugins except those 3 and let me know so I can test it?
It seems a conflict with the popup plugin

Issue 2 resolved but Issue 1 as i mention previously still not resolved..not sure why..can u login to check?

Something wrong in your product settings.

Can you provide me a product url where this is happening?

Hi Rui,

I found out the issue arise with products with product type set to variables.
Products type set to simple product does not have any issue same as the screenshot and screenshot which i attach below..

So this issue only arise with product type variables.
Do you know how to resolve this?
Is it only me having this issue or this is a known issue?

It seems to be a limitation of the plugin itself since it’s happening with the default WordPress theme Twenty 16.
