    Hi,

David is not around this days, so not sure what he was trying to experiment.
I will try a couple things and if I can’t figure it out then will ask some help from our Head Developer.

    Thanks

    -Rui

    Hi Yan,

I have been away on vacation. On your clonev2 I again see no issue, I cannot login with those supplied WP details though to check the plugins.

    Hi Yan,

I can now replicate this on your staging site, thankfully.

When I deactivate the child theme, the problem is resolved. I notice you have some CSS for the Franchise form within the child theme, which is likely causing the bug.

    Hi,

Nothing stands out as wrong as such. I’d sugguest you first validate the CSS: https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/#validate_by_input.

Consider switch background to background-color where you are only setting the color.

If those yield no change you will need to remove each of your classes one by one, each time time testing the page until you locate the faulty CSS.

    Hi Yan,

Indeed it’s odd. You need to debug that, so add it back and then remove the CSS line by line. – Again, nothing looks wrong.

Have you validated all the CSS above and below that block?
