Issue with Cart fields display formating

Hi, I am having an issue with the display of a certain page element on the Cart page. I installed the plugin from woothemes / woocommerce for Twilio powered text message notifications, it adds a check box to the cart page to opt in to the service, but as you can see from the screen shot it does not display correctly. I contacted woothemes / woocommerce customer support about the display issue, but they told me it was the theme developers responsibility to make sure the display is compatible. I am sure that you would probably think it is their responsibility, but either way if you would mind helping me it would be greatly appreciated. Is there some custom CSS I can use to make it display properly like the email news letter opt in I have further down the page?

I added the following custom css, would you tell me if this is ok syntax or could cause any problems?
