Hi PV,
Sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered, I will run this ticket by our lead developer to give you priority help to get these issues resolved.
Can you privately add your FTP details also?
Thanks,
David.July 15, 2015 at 5:50 pm #194991Sorry to hear you have been having issues. If you are using a plugin which modifies the way simple products are set up, then you’ll want to go ahead and disable the product add to cart ajax. This can be done in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Options. That should resolve the add to cart issues.
– Site is not loading as fully secure. Error citing: static-na.payments-amazon.com returned an error (Possibly 404 not found or other webserver error) I cannot find why this is happening. I just know that if I deactivate the payment option, the site is fully secure. This isn’t anything to do with the theme (likely in a plugin?).
– Checkout option is not always available. You can view your cart, but not checkout sometimes. Can you expand on this? Which checkout options are you referring to, i.e. where is it displayed?
– Nothing with customization can be added to cart. See my first comment
– Nothing with min/max quantity options in place can be added to cart. See my first comment
– FedEx ajax call stalls in cart at times. This wouldn’t be anything to do with the theme – 3rd party plugin.
The insufficient permissions page sounds like something is wrong with your admin account. When the theme is activated you are taken to the install plugins page (Appearance > Install Plugins). Are you able to access that page manually?
Hope that helps.

I have done this and it has fixed this issue. Will I lose anything functionality with this change?

I have reached out to the developer of the Amazon plugin to see if they can let me know what’s happening here.

On non-customizable products, the checkout option is available. Anything that needs to be personalized (gravity forms), will not show checkout options. Screenshot attached.

Can add to cart, but not checkout.

I have reached out to FedEx developer to see if they can shed some light.

Have reached out to WPEngine to see if they can see what’s up.
So, it looks like for the time being, I just need your help on the checkout issue with customizable/personalized products that are using gravity forms.

Do you happen to have a status on this?
Thanks,

Only the ajax add to cart on product pages – but this can’t be used when you have plugins which alter the add to cart functionality as we can’t prepare for that
There seems to be some plugin outputting code on your site which is removing the checkout button: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ne4p36p712e9etk/Screenshot%202015-07-17%2023.56.06.png?dl=0
That is not added by the theme – can you confirm the plugin that is causing this?

July 20, 2015 at 4:48 pm #196153Hi Ed,
I disabled the WooCommerce Amazon Payments Advanced Gateway plugin and the checkout button showed back up. The problem is that the order details in the cart keep spinning though.
Thanks,
PVJuly 20, 2015 at 5:01 pm #196163That can only be an issue with one of the plugins you have.
I had a quick look at your site and couldn’t manage to replicate an issue with never-ending spinning however.
– Ed
July 23, 2015 at 2:35 pm #197130It continues to spin when after one enters their address information. In addition, the “your order” information is overlapping the margins now for some odd reason. Screenshot attached.

Please try the Twenty 15 WordPress theme with the checkout process and confirm if you still get the issue or not.
