    Hi,

    There’s the issue of the images at left and right of the text, that they sometimes are about 100px lower when the page loads, just like the screenshot.

    Pls help 🙁

    Hi,
    Its not a problem. Its an anitmation while image load. It will take exact position after load. You can ignore this.

    Hi Mohammed,

    All animations were and are disabled on the image or the column containing the image. Or is there another way this has to be disabled?

    Can you run the latest theme/plugins updates, then clear your cache and re-test.

    Hi David,

    I updated everything, but now on the same page there’s a space under the fold-out accordeon boxes. Before the update the row would be come higher. And smaller when you folded the box back in.

    So now it’s this, can you pls help on this?

    Hi @Silentrob

    If you go into that row and set the content position to be “Top” – that should sort it.

    I have this same issue on multiple pages i.e. spacing issues in rows with images and text. Only corrects itself after re-loading. I don’t understand your last reply that says set the content position to the top. Plus, this happens on many of my pages (not all) and many different rows. I don’t want to have to go in to each page and row to fix.

    I have not done the latest update either because the width of the pages went to full width with no padding and I don’t know how to fix. Please don’t tell me that I have to go into each page and adjust the row width of each page.

    @workforce4202 the solution for someone else is unlikely to be the same for you in that case.

    It looks like you are on versions previous to the latest updates, so the latest changes won’t have any effect on you. If you had full width pages then it means the theme was not updated, but the plugin was. Both need to be updated.

    Have checked your site, but can’t see anything out of the ordinary – can you please clarify further?
