    Hi there,

When customers place orders on my website, the order is automatically being labelled as ‘on hold’. How can I make orders automatically be labelled as ‘processing’ without having to manually go in and change each order myself as they come through.

Also, I have ‘stock management enabled’ but as a product sells, the inventory number is not automatically going down. I have to manually go into each product and change this also.

How can these two issues be fixed please? http://indiandthewolf.com.au

I’m using WordPress 3.8.3, Version 2.1.6 of woocommerce and version 1.68 of Neighbourhood.

Hi, do you have any feedback for me with this issue? Do you feel that upgrading to the latest versions of woocommerce and the neighbourhood theme would have any effect? I’m worried that updating the theme files will alter my website.

    Hi,
Please go to Admin -> Woocommerce -> Settings -> Products Tab -> Inventory -> Hold Stock (minutes) โ€“ Hold stock (for unpaid orders) for x minutes. When this limit is reached, the pending order will be cancelled. Leave blank to disable.
