    Hi,

I’m just buxfixing my latest project done with Cardinal and am struggling around with huge problems in Internet Explorer 11.
Have you ever tried to scroll (by mouse) in Cardinal with parallax full-width images included in IE11?

The problem occurs on the demo site too: http://cardinal.swiftideas.com/agency-demo-two/
I tested this on multiple devices, alway the same problem for IE11.
It’s just no smooth scrolling and the parallax image jumps very ugly.

Is there any bugfix for this?

    Best,
    Matthias

    Hi @Matthias

Are you using Windows 7 or 8? I think this may be to do with the parallax script – I’ll do some digging.

    Hi @Matthias

Do you mean using the mousewheel or manual scrolling with the scrollbar?

The mousewheel is jerky for me, but not the scrollbar. Not sure if there is a way around the mousewheel given that it jumps down the page – the parallax transition is based on the scroll position of the page. I’ll see if there is any workaround however.

I have the same problem with my Dante Theme parallax. It jitters when you scroll with mouse wheel. Did you guys find any fix?

    Hi @yepodm

Can you provide a link to check that situation?

    Hi,

Checked on Chrome and IE11 and it seems fine to me. Didn’t notice any strange movement when scrolling down.

Is it possible that you make a screencast video of that scrolling down?

Weird, I know for sure that it’s not a problem with my browser or computer since I tried it on my other computers and also on my computer after a fresh install of Windows 8.1. But here is the link to youtube video of the problem http://youtu.be/mDyobLO8wII

    Hi,

Also tried in Windows 8 with IE11 and it shows fine.

Can you check if you have compatibility view turned on? It should be off.

It is off. Hmm this is weird. Anything else that could cause this jitter?

Since I can’t replicate only think of any additional IE extension installed or software that interact with IE.
