    Hi,

Try increase the max_execution_time and the memory limit, if you are not familiar how to set those, ask your hosting care they will do that for you.

Let me know, what you got.

    Thanks,
    laranz.

Hi there, I have asked my host to configure the recommend settings according to the documentation, but after I try to import and assign to admin, I’m still getting the Internal Server Error.

Possible for you guys to install the full demo content for me instead?

    Hi,

I have already asked my host to increase the memory limits and max execution time and stuffs shown in the recommended settings in the documentation. And yes I have tried to solution compressing the file to .gz and upload it and same error.

Can you login and try to see if you can replicate the same error?

    Hi there,

If you are getting an internal server error, then it’s likely that your host is killing the process before it can complete.

Have you tried uploading the split xml files?

    Hi Terry,

I would go back to your host again, it’s likely that they haven’t increased your php memory values enough.
