    Hey Folks,

    I just updated my service license for Cardinal and have one for Atelier, but can’t post yet on Cardinal due to the API not updating. Could you please review why I am getting an Internal Server Error when I go into Color Customizer or Customize.

    Let me know if you’d like my purchase code for Cardinal and sorry for posting on the wrong forum, but I’m concerned about my site not functioning correctly and need help ASAP. Thanks!

    Please open your wp-config.php file and add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    Thanks,
    David

    The code has been corrupted during your copy and paste, please note what you have in the screenshot vs this:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

    It won’t let me attach. I can email it to you if you like.

    For those wondering what the issue was in the future, there was a change that needed to be made to my wp-config. I gave admins my FTP credentials and they were able to perform the change after I was unable to make the changes myself. Thanks to Swift for being Swift.

    Thanks, yes I added this define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); to your wp-config.php file.
