I have recently integrated my WooCommerce site with AfterShip to allow my customers to check their order status. The functionality seems to work with the theme no-problem, but under the box where users enter their tracking number and press enter, a drop down box appears, but gets cut off by the footer of my site. You can see the box expand downwards, however the page itself doesn’t allow you to scroll down to see the newly expanded drop down.
Try this link: http://gtsclothing.com/track/
And enter the tracking code 9405509699939573150334.
You’ll see the box expand but remain hidden. Is there a way to edit the code of the theme to make it so users can see the entire box? Or what else would be causing this if it’s not something to do with the themes functionality? I know this involves the AfterShip plugin as well as WooCommerce, but I don’t think it’s either of the two causing the problem.
I can provide login credentials if needed.
Thanks in advance for the help.

I guess this Track page was created by you. Try to insert a Blank Spacer using the Swift Page Builder. This way you will increase it enough to display the tracking info.

January 14, 2015 at 4:02 pm #141505Yes I created the Track page. Using a Blank Spacer seems to be a bandaid of a fix and doesn’t really get at the root of the problem. Also, tracking details are different depending on where in the country I’m shipping to – so there’s no one size fits all spacer px to fit all label details, and I’d rather not have a huge blank space on my page before the user clicks ‘Track’. Any other ideas for ways to fix this?
January 14, 2015 at 4:11 pm #141508Can you provide admin access to check the content of this page?
This seems to be a problem of the css in the code of Aftership.

January 15, 2015 at 12:37 pm #141700hi,
I have resolved the issue through this custom css code:-/* TRACK CODE*/ #as-container-142125026738461{height:auto!important;} #as-container-142125026738461 iframe{height:auto!important;min-height:850px;} .tracking-widget{height:100%!important;}
Thanks
Mohammad
January 15, 2015 at 4:30 pm #141791You’re the man Mohammad! Thanks for fixing that. I have one more question. How come there is such a large blank space under the Track button? Is there a way to have the page end right below the box like normal and then once a user enters their tracking number, THEN then page expands downwards to fit the box length.
Is this possible?
Thank you x a million!
Dan
January 15, 2015 at 4:48 pm #141795Hi,
I already tried as you demanded but thats need a lot javascript code to make it possible. I have code but thats not working for iframe element.
Thanks
MohammadJanuary 15, 2015 at 4:49 pm #141796Just to be sure – you already added the CSS to the site correct? So it should be working now without me having to do anything?
Also, just one little MASSIVE problem…it works in Chrome, but not Safari. Any idea what could be causing this?
January 15, 2015 at 4:50 pm #141797Why isn’t the code working with the iframe element? I understand it’s a lot of work, but I can pay for the extra work to have it done.
January 15, 2015 at 6:35 pm #141828Hi,
