    I’m curious to know how to integrate the contact form and any additional text blocks into a footer?

    Hi

    Copy your contact form shortcode, then go to Appearance > Widgets, add a text block to one of the footer columns and then paste your shortcode

    One more quick question, how can i make my contact form spread across the width equivalent to 3 columns?

    I’m afraid that’s not possible unless you have a 1 column footer

    If I do have one column how can I extend it’s width to take up 75%?

    If you’re using 1 column it will be 100%
