    Hi. I saw your warning about adding an extra reply, but its been more than a day now! and I haven’t gotten any response back from you guys. My new site should be going live by the end of the month and I can’t afford to waste a day. Please resolve this issue with your theme so I can get my site back. Thanks.

    If you can ask your host to supply with the full FTP details we can take another look before you need to switch to a higher PHP version.

    Hi. Did not get a response, but I resolved it myself. I asked that they changed my php to the latest php5 and the site came back on.
