    See what happens:

    Installing Plugin: Cardinal Demo Content
    Downloading install package from http://cardinal.swiftideas.com/extras/plugins/cardinal-importer.zip…
    Download failed. Forbidden

Other plugins get installed (eg. contact form)… but this error happens for plugins in your Private Repository (cardinal demo content, rev slider etc)

    Any clues?

    Hi,

Not sure if you are installing several plugins at the same time.
Can you try to install only one to see if the issue remains?

    Thanks.

    Hi @tasoskouk

This isn’t a problem with the theme or our server, the download URL works fine.

It’s more likely that your server isn’t allowing the plugin to be downloaded/installed. Potentially permissions issues, but you may be able to see more info in your server error logs.
